Prohibited Content
Users must not enter:
- Patient-identifying information
- Diagnoses or clinical notes
- Medical images or files
- Any content that could reasonably identify a patient
Permitted Content
Users may enter:
- Scheduling and availability information
- Facility and organizational details
- Vendor coordination messages
- Surgery type or procedure category solely for device and equipment logistics
Misuse Handling
If PHI is entered:
- Content may be removed
- The user may be notified
- Repeated misuse may result in suspension or termination
Isolated misuse does not convert Aescleon into a PHI system.
